Project: Website design
Client: Waypoint Capital
Role: Designer
Date: March 2016
For a private equity firm, a website is less a marketing tool and more a statement of intent. It needs to project credibility without saying too much. The brief called for a clean, business-focused design built around lighthouse imagery.
Working solo across multiple iterations over a month, I designed a 12-page site using full-bleed photography, parallax effects, and semi-transparent content blocks to create visual depth without sacrificing clarity. The lighthouse motif ran consistently throughout, giving the site a strong, recognisable identity.
Results: A distinctive, considered online presence that communicated Waypoint's track record, history, and partnerships with the quiet confidence a firm of this nature demands.
