Before this toolkit existed, social content meant a steady stream of one-off design requests, and when those requests weren't filled fast enough, the social team started producing their own off-brand work. The brief was to fix both problems at once.
Built in two days in close collaboration with the Head of Social, the toolkit gave a small team of creators everything they needed to produce quizzes, puzzles, and infographics independently, on-brand, at pace, without raising a single design ticket. Clear typographic hierarchy and full compliance with Instagram's specs were baked in from the start, so quality wasn't a trade-off for speed.
Results: An estimated three days of design time freed up every month, and the end of unauthorised content production.
