EF English Live's annual Kick Off brings together employees from offices around the world under a single theme. For the 2019 event in Cape Town, attended by around 100 people, that theme was "One" My brief was to make it feel like more than a word on a slide.
Working solo over ten days, I developed a full event identity across t-shirts, a printed directory, roller banners, and signage. Every touchpoint consistent, every format considered.
Results: A cohesive visual identity delivered across four format types by a single designer in ten days, giving a global gathering a unified look and feel from the moment attendees arrived.
